This hotel was an absolutely luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities they provided made me feel like royalty. the staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure all of my needs were met. the room was spacious and well-equipped, providing all the essential facilities one could need.
Though there were minor issues that this hotel can improve upon, they were not significantly noticeable. the hotel did not provide a 24-hour front desk or reception, which meant there were moments when I was unsure about whom to direct my questions to.
